At Zaro, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items marked as final sale or personalised are not eligible for return. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@zarosupply.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Send Your Return
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and use a tracked shipping method to send it back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@zarosupply.com with photos of the item. In cases of faulty products, we will arrange a refund at no extra cost to you.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, we kindly ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
